Expanding into a new African market often comes with one important question: How do you hire locally without immediately setting up a legal entity?

An Employer of Record (EOR) provides a practical solution. The EOR manages local employment contracts, payroll, statutory requirements and employment administration, while your company directs the employee’s day-to-day work.

EOR support can be especially valuable when hiring your first employee in a new country, testing a market, building a small regional team or recruiting while your local entity is still being established.

Our latest guide explains what an Employer of Record is, how it works and when it may be the right option for your organisation.
