★One of our idea

　Specified Skilled Worker is a new working visa status introduced to give working permission for 5 years.

　One must return back to home country after finishing 5 years of work as caregiver unless you pass 介護福祉士試験 (national certification examination for care workers) exam in the 4th or 5th year.

　 In order to attend介護福祉士試験 (national certification examination for care workers) exam one need to have 3years （incumbency：over 1095 days）and over 540 working days as a caregiver ＋ Practical training.

　Any foreign nationals can apply for Specified Skilled worker including foreign students residing in Japan.

　No academic background is required to get this visa but one should be 18 years and above.

　The following steps are required to obtain a “Specified Skilled” visa.

1. Pass the Japanese Language Proficiency Test. N4

2. Nursing Care Japanese Language Evaluation Test.

3. Take the necessary Skill Evaluation Test and pass it.

　SSW caregivers will receive the same salary as Japanese citizens of the same skill.

　ぜんかいの　日本語は　N3レベルの　ぶんしょ　でしたが　よめましたか？
　えいごも　ありました　ので　だいじょうぶですよね。

　こんかいは　N5、N4のレベルの　ひとにも　よめる　ように　しました。
　なので、　えいごは　ありません。

就労資格のない外国人を埼玉県の工場で違法に働かせていたなどとして、人材派遣会社社長ら３人が警視庁に逮捕されました。

警視庁によりますと、さいたま市の人材派遣会社「ＡｎｄＭｉＲＡｉＺ」の社長、笹原健司容疑者と元営業部長の高松茂彰容疑者は、２０１８年から今年６月まで、通訳などとしての在留資格しかもたないネパール人の男を食品工場に派遣し、働かせた疑いがもたれています。

また、この男の在留期間を延長するためウソの書類を作り申請したとして、行政書士の滝浦健司容疑者も逮捕されました。

この人材派遣会社では、通訳などとして契約している外国人の大半が工場に派遣されていたとみられ、調べに対し、高松容疑者は容疑を認め、笹原容疑者と滝浦容疑者は否認しているということです。
