少し前の事(2025年6月30日)。TonyさんのICPAの卒業式を行いました。Tonyさんは原則この日でビジネスライフを引退されるそうです。33年間ICPAをリードし、会社の礎を築いて頂きました。リモート参加の社員もいましたが、社員全員で送り出す事ができました。またTonyさんのご家族も参加頂けました。
Tonyさん本当にありがとうございます。そしてお疲れ様でした。

最後の写真はどうもTonyが自分でこの絵を撮りたかった様で、クビになって出ていく様をやりたかった様です(写真撮った後に社員全員でエレベーターまで見送りました。

On June 30, 2025, we held a farewell ceremony for Tony as he graduated from ICPA. Tony has officially retired from his business life as of that day. Over the past 33 years, he led ICPA and laid the foundation upon which the company stands today. Although some colleagues joined remotely, we were able to send him off together as one team. We were also honored to have Tony’s family attend the ceremony.

Tony, thank you so much for everything. And congratulations on your well-deserved retirement.

As for the last photo—it seems Tony wanted to stage a scene himself, as if he were being kicked out after getting fired! (After taking the photo, all of us escorted him to the elevator together.)
