We are hiring for a variety of roles at our client's hotels in Izu City, Shizuoka. We are looking for people who are passionate about providing great customer service and will work together to contribute to the ongoing success of the hotels.
Typical tasks include:
- Hotel Management Administration (Looking after customers, etc.)
- Room Management Administration (Guest rooms and facilities management, etc.)
- Sales promotion activities (coming up with campaigns, coupons, etc.)
- Management of part time staff (Setting up staff rosters and interviewing part time staff)
You will be supported by a dedicated senior staff member and trained in all facets of hotel management.
Monthly salary 250,000 ~ 350,000 JPY, depending on experience and position. Bonuses and pay increases offered twice yearly. Transportation expenses and insurances all covered by the company.
No particular experience is required to apply, however you must live in Japan and possess a working visa as no sponsorship is offered. They especially welcome persons who want to try full-time work for the first time, and do not discriminate based on age or education level.
