Are you a caregiver with about a year of experience, looking for a facility in an urban area with fewer residents, lower care needs, and excellent pay?
We have just the opportunity for you! We're talking about Service-Attached Housing for Seniors (サ高住) where the number of residents is under 30 people. Since these are residences, you won't find many high-care-level individuals. Yet, the salary is comparable to, or even higher than, that of Special Nursing Homes for the Elderly (特養)!
Access HR has numerous job openings in major cities like Osaka and Kobe!
To apply, you'll need at least one year of caregiving experience in Japan and must have completed your Long-Term Care Worker Training Course for Beginners (初任者研修) by the time you start employment.
Don't have your 初任者研修 yet? No problem! You can still take it after passing the interview. However, applicants who already possess the 初任者研修 will be prioritized, so we highly recommend getting it in advance for future opportunities. Completing the 初任者研修 also shortens the class hours and reduces the cost when you pursue the Practical Training Course for Care Workers (実務者研修) in the future.
Furthermore, these are highly desirable positions, often only advertised within Japan, as they require over one year of caregiving experience here. These are new facilities accepting applicants from April this year, so even with limited caregiving experience, opportunities will increase as long as you have your 初任者研修! If you've been working in caregiving in Japan for less than a year, we encourage you to get your 初任者研修 now and prepare for your job change a year from now!
