The dormitory in Santa Rosa, Philippines has been completed.
The interior is still in progress, but we will finish it little by little.
We have 500M3 of land, so we can build another building across the street.
We are also planning to build a Japanese language classroom.
200 students are about to start their lives here.

フィリピンのサンタロサの寮が完成しました。
内装はまだまだですが、少しずつ仕上げていきます。
土地は500M3あるので向かいにもう一棟、
日本語教室も建設予定です。
ここに２００名の生徒さんの生活が始まろうとしています。

寮がもうすぐ完成します。３００坪のスペースがあり、１４０名が利用可能です。ここにはトレーニングセンターと学習スペースも将来計画中です。来年１月には完成します。すごく楽しみです。庭でヤギでも飼いたいですね。クリスマス前なのに職人さんは頑張って...

寮がもうすぐ完成します。
３００坪のスペースがあり、
１４０名が利用可能です。
ここにはトレーニングセンターと学習スペース
も将来計画中です。
来年１月には完成します。
すごく楽しみです。
庭でヤギでも飼いたいですね。
クリスマス前なのに職人さんは頑張ってくれてます、ありがとうございます。

初めての国会での打ち合わせ,フィリピン人の現状とフィリピンの
送出機関のお話をさせて頂きました。
他国とは違いフィリピンの送出のルール、フィリピン海外雇用庁のしくみ等これからの日本での人材不足の為にわれわれが出来ることをたっぷりお話させて頂きました。
色々なアドバイスも受け,非常に有意義な時間でした。
お昼は国会カレー食べて少し浮かれてしまいました。
やる気MAXでの国会議事堂でした。

I had my first meeting at the National Assembly, where I talked about the current situation of Filipinos and the Philippines'
I talked about the current situation of Filipinos and the Philippine's sending and receiving organizations.
We talked about the rules of sending out Filipinos, which are different from other countries, the structure of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, and many other things we can do to address the future shortage of human resources in Japan.
I received a lot of advice and it was a very meaningful time.
I had a curry lunch at the Diet and got a little carried away.
I was at the Diet Building with maximum motivation.

本日は日本に来ることが決まった生徒たちのPR動画のテスト撮影をしました。
一人づつ質問に答えてもらう形式で作ってみましたが、中々雰囲気がでてた物になりました。
私の思うフィリピンの生徒たちの性格がすごくでていい動画がとれました。（テストだけど）
次回は本番撮影で頑張りましょう。
