Waltz Ltd. has accomplished the GCEP(Global Competency Enhancement Program) based on an agreement with APU (Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University)
GCEP is a human resource development program which takes advantage of APU's multicultural and multilingual environment and features.

①Intercultural experience at International Education Dormitory AP House
②Practical lectures in English
③Active Language learning one-on-one support by Teaching Assistant selected from multinational students
As part of the program, we examined collaboration between Waltz Ltd. and APU. By conducting interview research with foreign students, we devised a business model as a solution to the problem analysis in job hunting for Japanese companies.
The voices of students (5 foreign teaching assistants and other active foreign students) are very valuable, and we believe that it is the role of Waltz Ltd. to convey these voices to Japanese companies.
Waltz slogan has born in GCEP.
