Process Monitoring: Monitor the laser cutting process to ensure accuracy and quality.
Quality Check: Measure cut parts using micrometers & calipers to check dimensional accuracy and edge quality.
Assembly Work: Simple assembly of parts, mostly using rivets.
Maintenance: Daily machine checks, cleaning of lens/nozzle, and basic upkeep of machine parts.

言葉や文化の壁があっても、同じ現場で真摯に仕事に向き合う彼らの姿に触れた日々が、「多文化共生」への強い想いを抱く原点となりました。

🥋空手を通じて築いた、国境を越えた「本音の付き合い」

長年、NPO法人の代表として子どもたちへ空手を指導してきた丸井。その活動は日本国内にとどまらず、フィリピン現地や来日した実習生たちにも直接稽古をつけてきました。

道着を着て正面からぶつかり合い、共に汗を流す。そんな建前抜きの真っ直ぐな交流を通じて、彼らの飾らない本音や、家族の生活を背負うリアルなハングリー精神を肌で感じてきました。
