Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (7 hours per day)
Basic Salary: ¥240,000 per month
Overtime: Within 10 hours per month

Benefits:
Bonus: Twice a year
Pay Raise: Once a year (10% increase!)

Land preparation and grading for buildings
Operating construction machinery
