Our school is a new type of school which provides after-school care and pre-school programs
for children with ages between 3 and 10 years old.
Our mission is to nurture children in a comfortable English-speaking environment
where they listen and speak the English language in a natural way.
With a mix of both native English speakers and bilingual staff,
we aim to make a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for the children
so that they can enjoy and learn English simultaneously.
Our school is a very pleasant and friendly teamwork focused work environment,
teachers enjoy playing and helping children and being part of our school.
Teachers receive comprehensive initial training on full pay along
with additional training when required.
Working with bilingual Japanese staff to manage English program, music,games, etc.Creating seasonal events (Halloween, Christmas, etc.)Communicating with parents and face to face counseling.
In one school, there are four staff members (2 native staff and 2 Japanese bilingual staff).
These 4 staff members take care of children, and teach English by unique programs .
Many international people are currently working at our school.

To enjoy and love teaching kids.Availability to work long term (over 1 year)Good communication skills.Bachelor's degree or above (Any field)Even if you are not a native English speaker, you can still apply for this position.

Your speaking skills will be checked by our staff to ensure you are on a native level. You must have native level English to apply for this job.
勤務時間・曜日：
Working hours: 9:00~20:30 (Within these working hours, you will have a 9 hours shift /day including 1 hour break.)
交通アクセス：
Most schools are located in TOKYO, KANAGAWA, CHIBA and SAITAMA.

待遇・福利厚生：
Payment: 200,000~250,000 yen monthly.
1500yen per hour in the training period(3 months)
Working style: You'll work Monday to Saturday (Sundays is off)
Public holidays, summer & winter holidays, paid holidays and miscellaneous holidays.
This is a contract job. Health insurance and transportation fees will be provided.
A VISA can be provided if you are hired. In order to issue a working VISA, you need to have Bachelor degree or above.
