Thank you very much for your continued support.

The year is drawing to a close, and I would like to thank you for your continued patronage and support this year.

Our company started a new chapter this year when we were listed on the Growth Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on September 29.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for their support and cooperation, which made this possible.

This year, we also underwent a major rebranding. We unified all of our services under the PORTERS brand.

In addition, PORTERS did taxi and elevator advertisements in the effort to increase brand awareness.

We also welcomed a new member to our Singapore subsidiary, which was reopened last year. We are steadily growing with the participation of many new clients.

Plans for 2023

In 2023, we will promote a mid-term product upgrade project with the aim of taking employment growth to another level.

ZLOSS: An application that automates the process of setting candidate meetings.

PORTERS Assist: A scouting service powered by artificial intelligence.

PORTERS MA: An automated solution (marketing automation) to uncover active candidates

Automatic Commute Time Matching: This feature automatically calculates commute time by automatically identifying the nearest station to the candidate and the nearest station to the candidate's place of work, and then automatically matches the commute time.

These services have already been used by many of our clients since their release.

For the future, we are working on:
PORTERS SFA (Digital Transformation for Sales)
PORTERS ATS (Digital Transformation for Recruitment)
PORTERS Insights (Visualization of Key Performance Indicators)

We will strive to continuously improve the value we provide as a "Porter" to support our customers' employment growth.
