And the new visa, called specific / specified（SS）visa, is already approved in this April following this policy.
If you want to apply for this new visa, you must pass the Japanese exam, and to pass this exam, you need to have Japanese skill, equivalent of JLPT N4.
In order to get this level of Japanese skill, you need 7-8 months of study, and there are many schools offering this kind of training.
However, if you want to join the course, you have to quit your job, because they give you full-time training.
So studying Japanese while having a regular work is almost impossible besides self-study.
