Sales Is a Job with Daily Responsibilities
Sales is not a job driven by mood.
Some days are filled with inquiries.
Other days, not a single message comes in.
Even so,
whether results show up or not, the work remains the same.
These are the things I consciously do every single day 👇
1️⃣ Find new customers
Without new customers, there is no future.
Post listings, reply to inbox messages quickly.
Even simple questions matter—
many deals start from very small conversations.
2️⃣ Follow up with existing customers
Follow-ups, schedule reminders, sharing new information.
Even if nothing is decided today,
some customers return after one or two months.
Great salespeople are not those who talk the best,
but those who never forget their customers.
3️⃣ Update product (property) information daily
New listings, price changes, trending properties.
If you don’t fully understand your product,
you can’t give customers confidence in your proposal.
4️⃣ Research the market
Visit properties, observe areas, compare real prices.
Not to show off, but to confirm:
– Is this price reasonable?
– Who is this area suitable for?
– Is my advice aligned with reality?
5️⃣ Learn and improve skills
Phone calls, closing deals, handling rejection.
Rejection itself isn’t the problem—
not knowing why it happened is what’s truly scary.
6️⃣ Review and adjust
At the end of each day, I ask myself:
– What did I accomplish today?
– What went wrong?
– How can I improve tomorrow?
Sales is not a job that guarantees income every day.
But
those who take sales seriously always have daily actions to complete.
If you read this and feel,
“this is about me” —
you’re not alone.
Tomorrow, just take one small step at a time.
Results will come—
it’s only a matter of sooner or later.
