■Job Description:
This is an opportunity to work for a company that rents out construction equipment, where you will be responsible for servicing and repairing the equipment and loading and unloading the trucks.
The factory is divided into different departments, and you will be assigned to each department and work as a team. You may be transferred between departments.
The factory is outdoors, and even inside the building, it is not completely indoor, so the environment is hot in summer and cold in winter.
In summer, we provide air-conditioned clothing, ice non glasses to wrap around the neck, and spot coolers.
Warm clothes are provided for winter.
■Main Machines handled
Small to large generators, Vibro hammers, compressors, hydraulic excavators, water jet cutters, submersible pumps, cement milk plants, screws, etc.
・Maintenance and repair of construction machinery
・Construction machinery maintenance and repair - Loading and unloading of machinery using truck cranes, etc. to transport them to construction sites
・Gas welding and arc welding (depending on the department to which you are assigned)
■Main work
Cleaning returned machines using high-pressure washers.
Check for any damaged parts.
Check for worn-out parts and parts that may break.
After the above work, remove any problems and perform a trial run.
The machine is then stored in inventory for the next shipment.
■Loading the Machine
Load or unload machines onto or off the back of trucks using overhead cranes or forklifts.
There are dozens of loading and unloading jobs daily, so the work must be done safely, accurately, and quickly.
■Essential Requirements
・University degree or higher (any country)
・Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent (related to work visa application)
・No work experience is required.
・Japanese level N3 or higher
・Japanese level N3 or above
・Willing to work in Japan for at least 5 years
■We are looking for the following people

■Working hours and days:
・8:30-17:30
・Average overtime: 1-10 hours
Overtime may be as much as 25 hours when you become a full-fledged employee and can handle business trip repairs.
■Vacation and holidays:
・Sundays and national holidays, year-end and New Year vacations
(about 7 days including Saturdays and Sundays)
・Summer vacation (about 5 days including Saturday and Sunday)
・Regular holidays 4 times a month from Monday to Saturday.
・About 120 days off per year.

■Access:
・10 minutes by bus from Higashi-Totsuka Station on the JR Yokosuka Line.

■Treatment and Benefits:

建設機械をレンタルする会社で、 機械の整備や修理·トラックへの積み降ろしをして頂きます。
■主な取扱機械
【小型～大型発電機、バイブロハンマ、コンプレッサー、油圧ショベル、 ウォータージェットカッター、 水中ポンプ、セメントミルクプラント、スクリュー等】
・建設機械の整備·修理
・機械を建設現場に運ぶため、 トラックヘクレーン等を使用して積み下ろし作業
・ガス溶接·アーク溶接(配属部署による)
■必須条件
・大学卒以上(国は問いません)
・機械工学または電気工学あるいはそれに準ずる専攻や単位履修がある方(就労ビザ申請に関わります)
・知識だけで実務経験が無くても可
・日本語レベルN3以上
・日本で最低5年以上働きたいと思っている方

日曜祝日,年末年始休暇(土日含む7日前後). 夏季休暇(土日含む5日前後)
※月~土のうち月4回定休を取得
※年間休日120日程度
■給与・賞与：
想定月収：210,000円/月

・昇給賞与2回/年（7・12月）
