-Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team with a strong distributor background to bridge technical solutions with commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will support channel partners, customer engagements, deliver technical presentations, and drive revenue by translating complex IT solutions into clear business value.
-Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify new sales opportunities and develop the customer base
2. Present and articulate the company’s IT product and solution portfolio
3. Manage existing accounts to maximize client satisfaction and sales growth
4. Lead product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solutions briefings
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
6. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
7. Provide technical support and product specifications to help clients make informed decisions.
8. Contribute to revenue growth through consultative, solution-based selling
9. Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities
10. Maintain customer confidence and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
-Requirements:
*3–7 years of experience in a Sales Engineer or any related field.
*Bachelor’s degree in IT, Communications, or a related field
*Hands-on experience with IP Telephony and Network / LAN / WLAN solutions
*Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions
*Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
*High attention to detail with a strong customer-focused mindset
*Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively within team
*Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

Total Package: SAR 15,000 - included in the package: (Housing, Transportation, Mobile, etc.)

-Work Details:
Sunday to Thursday | 9 hours per day
30 days annual leave after the first year
Sick leave as per KSA labor law
