Our Vision KAFD’s vision is to serve as a leading and innovative organization working to promote sustainable progress and elevate the socioeconomic status and prosperity in Jordan. Objectives • Supporting pioneering projects and activities in an aim to enhance national productivity and create employment opportunities that lead to improving Jordanians’ standards of living. • Establishing pioneering developmental projects and companies across the Kingdom and offering technical support and consultation to develop them. • Contributing to building citizens’ capacities and promoting their professional development. • Creating programs and supporting activities that foster Jordanian youth’s innovation and excellence. • Promoting entrepreneurship through supporting innovation projects, research, and development. Beneficiaries KAFD’s programs and projects serve individuals, groups, companies, and public and private institutions by fully observing the Fund's principles of transparency, productivity, profitability, sustainability, mutual cooperation, and effective funding. The fund hopes, through full observance of these principles, to achieve the envisioned economic and social impact while maintaining harmony with the modern economic mode of Jordan. رؤية الصندوق يسعى صندوق الملك عبدالله الثاني للتنمية إلى المساهمة في تحقيق توزيع عادل لمكاسب التنمية بين المحافظات، من خلال إقامة مشاريع إنتاجية ريادية، وتشجيع الإبداع والتميز عبر شراكة حقيقية مع القطاع العام والخاص ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني. أهداف الصندوق • دعم البرامج والأنشطة التي تهدف إلى زيادة الإنتاجية الوطنية وتوفير فرص العمل بقصد الإسهام في تحسين مستوى معيشة المواطن. • المساهمة في تأسيس مشاريع وشركات تنموية ريادية في مختلف محافظات المملكة وتوفير وسائل الدعم والإستشارات الفنية لتطويرها. • المساهمة في بناء قدرات المواطنين بما يعزز مستوى كفاءاتهم وقدراتهم الإنتاجية. دعم الأنشطة وتوفير البرامج التي تحفز طاقات الإبداع والتميز لدى الشباب الأردني وتنمية مواهبهم. • تحفيز ريادة الأعمال من خلال دعم برامج الإبتكار والبحث والتطوير. المستفيدون تهدف برامج ومشاريع صندوق الملك عبدالله الثاني للتنمية إلى خدمة الأفراد والمجموعات والشركات والمؤسسات العامة والخاصة، من خلال الاستثمار الأمثل لطاقات أبناء الوطن وإمكاناتهم الكامنة، وتعزيز إنتاجيتهم، بتدريبهم وتأهيلهم، ودعم أنشطة الإبداع والتميّز بمختلف أشكالها، وصولاً إلى مستوى متميّز في الموارد البشريّة المؤهّلة، ضمن إطار عمل يحقق مبادئ الصندوق المتمثلة في: الشفافية، الإنتاجية، الربحية، الاستدامة، التعاون المشترك والتمويل الفعّال
