Position: Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive / Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities
Manage the company’s social media business accounts and develop engaging content.
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and paid advertising campaigns.
Design creative graphics and promotional materials aligned with the brand identity.
Create, photograph, film, and edit content for social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends and develop fresh, innovative content ideas.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing practices.
Excellent graphic design and visual communication skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent software.
Knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video-editing tools is an advantage.
Good understanding of paid social media campaigns and digital advertising.
Strong photography, videography, and content-creation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and understanding of branding.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, graphic design, or a similar position.
Experience managing business social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns is preferred.
Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, entertainment, toys, fashion, or consumer brands is an advantage.
