A prestigious five-star hotel in Petra is seeking to hire a Food & Beverage Supervisor with strong leadership and service excellence skills to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all daily operations within the Food & Beverage department.
Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction while addressing feedback professionally.
Train, guide, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding performance.
Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met.
Coordinate staff schedules and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or resort.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Professional appearance and the ability to work under pressure.
