Our aim is very simple, to provide you with a bespoke recruitment service designed to deliver recruitment solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner. The more time we spend searching for and vetting candidates on your behalf, the more time you have to devote to your primary responsibilities. Specific Requirement:
We take full details of a specific vacancy along with relevant information on your company and its projects. After an extensive web based advertising and database interrogation we will submit suitable CVs to you for your perusal hopefully leading to interviews and a placement. Fee Structure:
• Fees quoted are valid for 1 year
• Special rates may be negotiated with repeat business
Permanent Assignments:
10% of annual package )exclude all applicable taxes and fees )
Free fees for Candidates
Guarantee:
• The guarantee period will apply from the commencement of employment, subject to the invoice being paid within fourteen days from date of invoice. Late payments will invalidate the guarantee.
• The guarantee period will apply if the position is vacated within three months from commencement of employment with the client.
• Sawaed Recruitment must be notified in writing within seven days of employment termination.
• The guarantee shall not apply on termination for reasons of:
- Unfair dismissal
- Breach of its employment agreement which causes
- The candidate to resign
- Noncompliance with provisions of labor act/laws
Special Conditions:
The client is obliged to pay the above-mentioned fee to Sawaed Recruitment in the event of the client employing a person introduced by Sawaed Recruitment Irrespective of whether any other company, division, subsidiary, associate or business of the client, employs the person. Sawaed Recruitment must be informed once the candidate is employed as this signifies the client’s acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
