This position ensures streamlined, secure, and compliant access to EMR systems (Trak Care, Epic, Cerner, etc.), enhancing healthcare delivery, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.

Requirement Detail
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Information Technology, Nursing, or a related field
Preferred Master's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
💼 Experience
Requirement Detail
Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare informatics, with a focus on Patient Access, PAS, and/or Revenue Cycle Management in a hospital or healthcare setting
Minimum Hands-on experience with Inter Systems TrakCare EMR/PAS, including system configuration, optimization, and support
Minimum Proficiency in healthcare reporting and analytics tools (e.g., embedded TrakCare reporting, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) for dashboard development and operational reporting
Preferred Experience in the Saudi Arabian healthcare market, with familiarity with local payor systems, CHI regulations, CBAHI accreditation standards, and MOH regulations
Preferred Prior experience with system implementation, optimization, and support for clinical and revenue cycle modules across multiple facility locations
• Certifications (Preferred): CPHIMS, RHIA/RHIT, PMP, EMR vendor-specific.
