With a new achievement by Sarh International for Consulting and Training, we are proud to have delivered this project under the Equitable Business Approaches (EBA) initiative, held on Saturday, 25/04/2026, at Grand Hyatt Amman, with the participation of the General Syndicate of Owners of Jewelry and Goldsmith Shops, the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ Jordan), AETS, and Sarh International.
This awareness session comes as part of the partners’ joint efforts to promote fair and sustainable business practices in the private sector, by supporting the adoption of practical methodologies that enhance transparency, equity, and sustainability.
The session presented the EBA framework and its implementation mechanisms, highlighting its role in enabling enterprises to develop their operational practices based on greater efficiency and fairness.
Participants also discussed key topics including the role of service providers, implementation steps, value-added benefits and incentives, as well as practical application examples.
This partnership reflects a shared commitment among all stakeholders, particularly GIZ Jordan and Sarh International, to support the private sector in Jordan towards more inclusive and sustainable business models.

نفخر بتنفيذ هذا المشروع ضمن مشروع منهجيات الأعمال العادلة والمتكافئة (EBA)، والذي عُقد يوم السبت الموافق 25/04/2026 في فندق جراند حياة عمّان، بمشاركة النقابة العامة لأصحاب محلات تجارة وصياغة الحلي والمجوهرات، والوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ الأردن)، وشركة AETS، إلى جانب شركة صرح.
ويأتي هذا اللقاء التعريفي ضمن جهود الشركاء لتعزيز ممارسات الأعمال العادلة والمستدامة في القطاع الخاص، من خلال دعم تبنّي منهجيات عملية تسهم في تعزيز الشفافية والعدالة والاستدامة.
وقد استعرض اللقاء مفهوم منهجية (EBA) وآليات تطبيقها، ودورها في تمكين المنشآت من تطوير ممارساتها التشغيلية وفق أسس أكثر كفاءة وإنصافاً.
كما ناقش المشاركون والمشاركات عدداً من المحاور شملت دور مزوّدي الخدمات، خطوات التنفيذ، القيمة المضافة والحوافز، وأمثلة عملية على التطبيق.
وتعكس هذه الشراكة التزاماً مشتركاً بين جميع الأطراف، وفي مقدمتها الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ الأردن) وشركة صرح العالمية، بدعم القطاع الخاص في الأردن نحو تبنّي نماذج أعمال أكثر شمولاً واستدامة

صور جلسات مناقشة التقرير النهائي وتوقيع خطط العمل مع الشركات الصناعية، بالتعاون مع مزوّد خدمات تطوير الأعمال WiseZone، وذلك ضمن تدخل Inclusive Workplace Practices، والمدعوم من مشروع Green Action in Enterprises (GAIN) الذي تنفذه الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي GIZ.

خلال هذه المرحلة، تم عرض مخرجات التقييم التفصيلي لكل شركة، ومناقشة النتائج مع الإدارات المعنية، وصولًا إلى اعتماد وتوقيع خطط عمل عملية تهدف إلى تعزيز ممارسات التنوع الجندري والشمول داخل بيئة العمل.

وتُعد هذه الخطط خطوة محورية نحو تحويل التوصيات إلى إجراءات تنفيذية واضحة، تسهم في تحسين السياسات الداخلية، وتعزيز بيئة عمل أكثر عدالة واستدامة في القطاع الصناعي.

مقتطفات من لقاء مثمر جمعنا بفريق مشروع نهج الأعمال الشاملة والعادلة (EBA)، ضمن مشروع I-PSD الممول من الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ)، وبالتعاون مع AETS كشريك دولي، وصرح العالمية للاستشارات والتدريب كشريك محلي في التنفيذ.
يأتي هذا التعاون في إطار دعم الشركات المشاركة، ومنها Almond Coffee House، من خلال تطوير الكفاءات، وتعزيز بيئة العمل، وبناء برامج وممارسات تسهم في رفع مهارات الموظفين وتحسين الأداء المؤسسي والمهني.

Project Coordinator Vacancy
Sarh International for Consulting and Training is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up on project activities, meetings, and work plans.
Conduct field visits to support implementation and monitor progress.
Support proposal development, reporting, and project documentation.
Track deadlines, deliverables, and action points with the project team and partners.
Maintain proper filing and project records.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Graduation grade of Very Good or above.
1–2 years of relevant experience.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship or volunteer experience are encouraged to apply.
Excellent English, written and spoken.
Strong communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
Valid driving license.

سعدنا بتنفيذ تقييم نهج الأعمال العادلة والمتكافئة (EBA) وعقد جلسة نقاش مركزة (FGD) في مطعم أرام – محافظة الطفيلة Iram restaurant&cafe، ضمن مشروع GIZ-IPSD وبالتعاون مع جمعية المطاعم الأردنية. Jordan Restaurant Association | JRA
ركزت الزيارة على مراجعة الأنظمة الداخلية والممارسات التشغيلية والموارد البشرية وسلاسل التوريد، إلى جانب مناقشة فرص تعزيز بيئات عمل أكثر عدالة وشمولاً ومواءمة أعلى مع مبادئ الأعمال المسؤولة والمعايير الدولية ذات الصلة (ESG).
تشمل خدمة EBA للمؤسسات المشاركة تقييماً داخلياً شاملاً وخطة عمل تطويرية مخصصة، إضافة إلى دعم لتحسين العمليات والإجراءات الداخلية وتعزيز ممارسات التنوع والشمول والسلامة في مكان العمل، وصولاً إلى الحصول على شهادة EBA الرسمية من GIZ عند استكمال متطلبات البرنامج، مع فرص للظهور ضمن منشورات وفعاليات وقصص نجاح المشروع.

We were pleased to conduct an Equitable Business Approaches (EBA) assessment and a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) at Iram restaurant&cafe in Tafilah, under the GIZ I-PSD Project and in collaboration with the Jordan Restaurants Association.
The visit focused on reviewing internal systems, operational practices, HR processes, and supply chain aspects, while discussing opportunities to strengthen fair and inclusive workplaces and improve alignment with responsible business practices and relevant international standards (ESG).
Through the EBA service, participating companies receive an internal assessment and a customized action plan, along with support to strengthen operations and internal procedures and practical guidance to enhance inclusion, retention, and workplace safety—leading to an official GIZ EBA certificate upon successful completion, and potential visibility through project publications, events, and success stories.
We appreciate the Jordan Restaurant Association | JRA contribution and thank Aram Restaurant for the warm hospitality and strong collaboration.

يسعدنا مشاركة إنجاز مهم ضمن جهودنا المستمرة لتعزيز الممارسات التجارية الشاملة والعادلة في الأردن.
حتى تاريخه، قامت صرح العالمية للاستشارات والتدريب بتوقيع 35 مذكرة تفاهم مع شركات صغيرة ومتوسطة وكبيرة، تأكيدًا على التزامنا بدعم الشركات في تبنّي نهج شاملة ومستجيبة للنوع الاجتماعي، بما يسهم في تعزيز تنافسية القطاع الخاص الأردني وإطلاق كامل إمكاناته.
يأتي هذا الإنجاز ضمن إطار مشروع تطوير القطاع الخاص من أجل تعزيز فرص التشغيل (I-PSD)، والمنفذ من قبل الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ) – الأردن، بالتعاون مع وزارة الصناعة والتجارة والتموين، ونيابةً عن الوزارة الاتحادية الألمانية للتعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية (BMZ).

We are pleased to share a key milestone in our ongoing efforts to advance inclusive and equitable business practices in Jordan.
To date, SARH International for Consulting and Training has signed 35 engagement letters with small, medium, and large companies, reaffirming our commitment to supporting businesses in adopting inclusive and gender-responsive approaches as a pathway to strengthening Jordan’s private sector and unlocking its full economic potential.
This milestone is achieved within the framework of the Private Sector Development for Employment Promotion (I-PSD) Project, implemented by GIZ Jordan, in cooperation with The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply, and on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
Through these engagements, SARH continues to work hand in hand with the private sector to translate inclusive business principles into practical, measurable actions that enhance competitiveness, workforce participation, and sustainable growth.
