Al Moaseron Group is looking for a Female Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-Female candidate.
-Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
-Excellent communication and coordination skills.
-Strong organizational and time management abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/CRM systems.
-Ability to prepare sales reports, quotations, and follow up with customers.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
-Good command of English (written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team.
-Prepare quotations, sales orders, and customer documentation.
-Follow up with customers regarding orders and deliveries.
-Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales reports.
-Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
-Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales department.
