📢 Partecipa a una ricerca europea sul mercato del lavoro e l'intelligenza artificiale

Il progetto europeo BIAS Project – Mitigating Biases of AI in the Labour Market studia come l'intelligenza artificiale venga utilizzata nei processi di selezione del personale e come eventuali bias o discriminazioni possano influenzare le opportunità lavorative.
Nell'ambito del progetto stiamo organizzando un focus group online dedicato alle esperienze delle persone LGBTQIA+ nella ricerca di lavoro e nel mercato del lavoro digitale.
Cerchiamo persone con orientamenti sessuali, identità di genere o espressioni di genere non eteronormative che abbiano esperienza, passata o presente, nella ricerca di lavoro e che desiderino condividere le proprie prospettive ed esperienze.

🎁 È previsto un buono del valore di 20 € come ringraziamento per la partecipazione.
