La stanza è luminosa, riscaldata e climatizzata, con wi-fi e cablatura. Una parete attrezzata con libreria e pannelli scorrevoli la separa dal resto dell’ufficio. Condividerai con noi la sala riunioni (anche per il pranzo), l’area caffè e i bagni.

Pleased to see and contribute to the G-Steam Academy project advancements! After having coordinated and successfully completed WP3, the next step for us is to steer the process of distilling the knowledge and input collected from designing and testing the G-STEAM Mentors Training programme on integrating gender and intersectionality in teaching, into a co-authored publication. Looking forward to sharing insights with our partners on this! 📚📝🔎

G-STEAM in Brno: Two days of ideas, collaboration & progress! 🚀

What a productive few days for the G-STEAM consortium in Brno, Czechia!
Hosted by the Educational Institute for Moravia (VIM), our latest Transnational Project Meeting brought partners together to take stock of how far we have come, exchange experiences and, most importantly, turn discussions into clear next steps.

Across two packed days, we:
✨ reviewed the progress achieved across the project and its different work packages
🧩 coordinated the next phases of the G-STEAM activities and pilot implementation
👩‍🏫 discussed the development and implementation of project resources and activities
🤝 strengthened coordination around the G-STEAM Community of Practice and stakeholder engagement
📣 reviewed our communication and dissemination progress and upcoming actions
🎯 aligned priorities, responsibilities and next steps for the months ahead

Beyond the agenda, the meeting was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas face-to-face, tackle pending questions together and make sure that the consortium moves forward with a shared vision: making STEAM education more gender-sensitive, inclusive and accessible across Europe.

A big thank you to VIM for the warm welcome and excellent hosting in Brno, and to all G-STEAM partners for the energy, ideas and collaboration! 💚

We left Brno with plenty achieved, plenty ahead of us — and even more motivation for the next phase of G-STEAM. 🚀

Il progetto europeo BIAS Project – Mitigating Biases of AI in the Labour Market studia come l'intelligenza artificiale venga utilizzata nei processi di selezione del personale e come eventuali bias o discriminazioni possano influenzare le opportunità lavorative.
Nell'ambito del progetto stiamo organizzando un focus group online dedicato alle esperienze delle persone LGBTQIA+ nella ricerca di lavoro e nel mercato del lavoro digitale.
Cerchiamo persone con orientamenti sessuali, identità di genere o espressioni di genere non eteronormative che abbiano esperienza, passata o presente, nella ricerca di lavoro e che desiderino condividere le proprie prospettive ed esperienze.
