Great stories don’t belong to one country.
Neither does talent.

We believe in voices that travel, perspectives that challenge, and stories that deserve to be heard beyond the places where they began.

Across literature, film, television, and talent, our commitment remains the same: to represent distinctive voices and help them reach the audiences they deserve.

Representation has no borders.

NEW CLIENT: We’re delighted to welcome Francesca Helena Barile to Trentin Agency.

Born in Bari and now based in Rome, Francesca first discovered theater by watching her brother’s acting classes. What began as curiosity soon became a passion of her own. She enrolled in acting school and has been performing ever since.

What she loves most is stepping into lives unlike her own, finding what makes each character unique, and taking something from every role with her. We’re excited to be part of her journey.

What comes after Nordic noir?

Trentin Agency is opening a special screenwriting call for writers professionally based in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden.

We’re looking for a new generation of crime, thriller, horror, and dark prestige drama: distinctive voices, moral complexity, a strong sense of place, and stories built to travel.

Feature films, limited series, and selected returning series. Projects may be originally written in English or a Nordic language.

Send a brief introductory query in English outlining your professional background, the project, its original language, and any existing development or production involvement.

Please do not attach a screenplay unless requested.

The right stories travel.

Her work explores power, ideology, class, and the stories societies tell themselves, combining literary prose with speculative, satirical, and gothic traditions.

Madelaine joins the agency with BORDERWALL, a literary speculative novel set in a future Britain shaped by isolation, hierarchy, and institutional control.
