💻🌱 Dopo il ritorno dei Talebani al potere, le donne afghane sono state escluse da scuola e lavoro. SheConnects nasce in Italia per riaprire porte chiuse: una piattaforma sicura che offre opportunità di lavoro remoto con aziende europee, permettendo alle donne di tornare a guadagnare, formarsi, partecipare

È un progetto costruito su responsabilità e resilienza: selezioni via Google Meet, gestione dati su Airtable, una rete operativa che coinvolge anche Iran e Pakistan per garantire continuità, anche nei blackout

Accanto all’inserimento lavorativo c’è la formazione: competenze digitali, comunicazione, autonomia professionale, per trasformare queste donne in professioniste pronte a collaborare nel mondo globale

🤖💡 Anche l’intelligenza artificiale diventa un alleato: SheConnects la integra nei suoi sistemi e la insegna alle collaboratrici per aumentare efficienza e opportunità

پاسخ‌گویی و ارتباط با مشتریان (Customer Support)
پژوهش و جستجوی بازار (Market Research)
ترجمه و آماده‌سازی اسناد (دری، پشتو، انگلیسی)

On August 15, 2021, Afghan women lost not just jobs, but the right to study, to work, and to contribute equally to their society.
Education and employment are not privileges. They are the foundation of independence, dignity, and progress, for women, and for the world.
This reality is why we built SheConnects.
We connect skilled Afghan women with international companies who need reliable virtual assistants. Each role, whether in customer support, research, translation, or social media, is more than a task. It’s a chance for a business to grow smarter, and for a woman to reclaim her career.
Today, we are opening our first call for Afghan women living in Afghanistan and neighboring countries to join our network of Virtual Assistants.
