The "XIII Seminar on Software for Nuclear, Subnuclear and Applied Physics " is organized by INFN and Consorzio Cometa.
It will be held at Porto Conte Hotel (Sardinia, Italy) occur from 5 to 10 June 2016, in Alghero (Italy, SS).

The Seminar aimed at PhD students and researchers, interested on software and its applications.
The school is organized in didactic units, lectures and practical sessions on the recent software developed in fundamental physics as well as in applied physics. Moreover, within the seminar an official beginner course on the Geant4 Monte Carlo toolkit is organized, strictly linked with a shorter hands-on course on GPU parallel programming, featuring lessons and practical exercises given by official Geant4 developers.

A limited number of grants are available to cover fee and accommodation expenses.
Registration is opened and the deadline for the submission of grant requests is March, the 31st, at the page:
