Talent Onboarding: Updating IT requirement sheet, conducting new joiner induction, handling documentation, facilitating bank account opening and insurance additions, initiating background verification, coordinating with IT for system and access setup.
Documentation Management: Updating HR reports, organizing new joiner files, updating new joiner details in HRMS, and generating ID cards.
Filing: Maintaining HR-related employee files and updating insurance policies.
Internal Audits: Conducting quarterly audits, addressing any non-conformance issues raised.
Attendance and Leave Management: Managing attendance data and preparing leave management reports.
Payroll Administration: Compiling and evaluating payroll data, ensuring necessary documentation and approvals, generating and updating UANs, and releasing payroll advice to the finance team.
Reports Management: Handling GMC & GPA insurance reports, updating GTLI reports, ensuring timely completion of POSH training, and coordinating with HR vendors for background verification and POSH compliance.
Exit Formalities: Sending exit intimation emails, preparing resignation acceptance, and issuing relieving letters.
