Just before Covid 19 brought the world to its knees, in July 2019, a group of 16 women entrepreneurs from around the world met for a Leadership Development Program at East West Centre, Hawaii. Over a period of 12 days, we explored social impact of our ventures and what we could pursue with farther reaching effects on people, women, environment or even the social fabric of our respective countries in a positive way. All of us took away projects and plans that we intended to execute over a two year period. Many of us found ourselves in unpredictable terrain with the onset of Covid 19. We all knew that these plans can get delayed but were still a core part of what we wanted to do.
