Avantikeya has been conceived with the idea of raising consciousness about social issues through meaningful theatre and cultural activities. We amaze the audiences with our surreal acting skills. It aims to spread awareness in society through exchange of ideas and by raising debates relevant to our times. We endeavor to perform socially relevant theatre. Avantikeya has become the name of the game in cultural endeavors where thoughts turn into achievabilities which meld with the society. The acts delineates the exquisite folklores and generates mindfulness among the students by depicting the solutions to the problems faced by the society. Avantikeya stands hand in hand with ethical contemplations and comes down like a ton of bricks against the false aspects of the society. अवन्तिकेय - Avantikeya organized Chakallas (A Town Hall cm Open House Discussion) at Ujjain Engineering College, Ujjain on the subject - "Prime Minister's vision on making India a manufacturing hub, dream or a practical possibility." on July 28, 2017.

Conclusion derived from the discussion was:

The task of turning ourselves into a manufacturing hub is undoubtedly heavy and difficult .But as we all know "Where There is Will There is a Way".

Few important steps taken by government to boost the manufacturing sector are
1) Creating conducive environment by developing industrial corridors and smart cities.
2) Roping in Foreign Direct Investments(FDI). FDI has been raised from 26% to
49% in defence sector
3) An investor facilitation cell has been created to assist first time investors.

While there are certain more aspects still to work upon
1) Curbing Corruption
2) Effectively crafting youth minds
3) Legitimate implementations regarding many other policies

Make in India could be the vision of Mr. Modi but it will be a pride for every Indian.

There comes another Republic Day of free India, the 68th one to be precise. From the first Republic Day to this 68th one, India has evolved into a more powerful nation. And our constitution has been one of the key factors in making it possible, giving everyone equal right to live in their own way. People here, are free. Diverse yet united. The various religions thriving in 29 states and 7 union territories magically merge to be ONE INDIA and that is what makes us different, what makes us proud. Talking of making us proud, we have the valiant armies guarding our nation from all kinds of ill-wishers. We are proud of you all, we respect your sacrifices and have heartfelt respect for each and everyone of you.
We are strong and we will always be. Yes, people from inside and outside the country have tried to hinder our growth but despite all odds, we are still moving and everyone from our farmers, scientists, soldiers, businessmen, sportspersons, artists and every common INDIAN has made a contribution to it.
To the spirit of INDIANNESS, to the largest written constitution, and to the spirit of INDIA, wish you all a very prosperous Republic Day!
