Job Description:
Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and result-oriented individuals for the position of Sales Executive in our Membership Sales – Inbound Process. The role involves engaging with potential customers and getting sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain the features, benefits, and pricing effectively to prospective customers.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and achieve monthly sales targets.
Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth process operations and contribute to overall team performance.
Candidate Requirements:
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Shift Timings:
Rotational weekly shifts:
6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
7:30 PM to 4:30 AM
8.30 Pm to 5.30 AM
Week Offs:
Fixed Saturday and Sunday
Compensation:
Salary up to ₹18,000 per month for Freshers
Salary between ₹25,000 to ₹27,000 per month for Experienced Candidates
