Nextjobnet : Solving the startup hiring problem

While researching about the startups, we found that startups require the best talent to take their businesses to the next level however many times startups find it difficult to attract the right talent. The startups of today have to compete with established players to attract the best of talent however this is a lop-sided battle. Many job portals fail to create the right eco-system for startups. Not surprisingly approximately 60% of startups have to employ recruitment firms to get the right talent. A platform that can help startups become employer of choice was very much needed and was the need of the hour.

To solve this accentuating problem, Nextjobnet was formed with the objective of providing the right eco-system for startups to fill in the job vacancies. Nextjobnet is India’s intelligent community for new age companies. Our research also indicated that ~45% of the jobs were filed from word of mouth however the current alternatives failed to provide a forum to the job-seekers to connect with their dream employers. We tried to solve this problem by providing a unique social media interface that help connect both parties.
