We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Lab Section Head to lead our Quality Inspection Process (QIP) Lab team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead daily lab operations, track issues/failures, and drive corrective actions.
✅ Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all testing reports (Materials, CT, FGT, Bonding, Compliance).
✅ Achieve lab Q-KPI targets and maintain report accuracy.
✅ Share technician errors, preventive actions, and updates in supervisor meetings.
✅ Track production & technical FGT test status and coordinate with related departments.
✅ Maintain & update Lab Manuals, Training Manuals, and Compliance Manuals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Good leadership and communication skills to guide technicians and assistants.
