ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITES:-
Understanding the job descriptions and deciding on the method of sourcing profile from employee references, job portals, consultants, advertisements, head hunting, databank etc.
Develop relationships with hiring managers, candidates, consultants and team members
Conducting preliminary Technical interview to the candidate over phone before sending the respective
candidates profiles to the client.
Candidate back ground verification.
Experienced or Fresher both can apply
