अनुबंध और नियमः यह 2 साल का कॉन्ट्रैक्ट है। रिक्रूटर ने चेतावनी दी है कि यदि कोई उम्मीदवार 2 साल पूरा होने से पहले भारत वापस आता है, तो उसे कंपनी की नीति के अनुसार 7000 दिरहम का जुर्माना देना होगा और अपना टिकट खुद बुक करना होगा
सलाह: रिक्रूटर ने उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी है कि वे नई जगह पर शुरुआती 3 महीने धैर्य रखें और तालमेल बिठाने (adjust) की कोशिश करें उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि खाना मिलने की सुविधा कंपनी की साइट पर निर्भर करती है और किसी के बहकावे में न आएं।
