Its mission is to promote the Real Estate sector, encourage the highest professional standards, and provide a forum for the exchange of information. THE OBJECTIVES OF CREDAI – NORTH BENGAL
1. To keep close relation among the members of the society for their welfare.
2.To enhance the standard and quality of the business of the members of the society.
3.To protect the interest of the members of the society from force collection of any type of subscription, Donations and unnecessary harassment from any corner.
4. To take up the problems of the members of the society and try to solve such problems through discussion and amicability.
5. To improve the economic and social conditions of the poor village people.
5. To open charitable dispensaries, blood donation camp and to prevent pollution other social works.
6.To render relief to the sufferer in the time of famine, flood, and other natural calamines.
7.To promote Sympathy, fellow-feeling, and unity and national integrity.
8.To create scope of Employment, by ways of establishments of non-profit making institutions of Production and Service.
9.To engage and assist in such other philanthropic activities as may be deemed appropriate by the Governing Body of the Society.
