Role & Responsibilities :

To secure business process, people, and assets in Area of Responsibility
Develop and maintain reporting systems to manage, monitor and report activities related to collection, Auctions & recovery and overdue / NPA loans
Drive performance through regular KPI monitoring, reviewing baselining parameters, CEI and feedback to team members
Program manage Auctions in concert with CS, Payments team, Lender partner and banks as per SOP
Identify, empanel, train & retain desired 3PT at National / regional levels for supporting complementary collection drives in addition to Auction / LTV collections.
Work with cross functional teams - minimize litigations, resolve disputes, contest matters & provide mgt updates
