73% of your happy customers never leave reviews.
Not because they don't care. Because you ask at the worst possible time.
Here's what I learned after tracking 2,847 review requests:

You send review emails 3 days later. Customer already forgot how good you were.
You text them a link. They open it on the couch. Get distracted. Never come back.
Timing kills more reviews than bad service ever will.

The fix is stupid simple. QR codes at the point of peak satisfaction.
→ Restaurant: on the receipt when they're still full and happy
→ Salon: on the mirror when they love their new look
→ Gym: at the exit after a great workout
Catch them in the moment. Not 72 hours later.

I tested this with a coffee shop owner.
Before QR: 4 reviews per month.
After QR on cup sleeves: 31 reviews per month.
Same customers. Same service. Just better timing.

Stop chasing reviews through email sequences.
Put a QR code where customers already feel great about you.
You're not asking for more. You're just asking at the right second.
