A Teacher Didnβt Lose Her Jobβ¦ She Lost Because of Office Politics π
And sadly, this is happening in more schools than we think.
A few months ago, a teacher called us.
Her voice was shaking.
She said,
"Sir, kya meri teaching itni buri thi⦠ya problem kuch aur thi?"
The truth was painful.
She was actually one of the best teachers in her school.
Students loved her classes. π
Parents trusted her guidance.
Even the results of her class had improved.
But sometimes success creates something dangerous inside an officeβ¦
Jealousy.
A few colleagues started feeling insecure.
Whispers started in the staff room.
Rumors slowly replaced reality.
βMaybe she is trying to impress the management.β
βMaybe she wants someone elseβs position.β
Days turned into weeks.
Meetings became uncomfortable.
Small issues became big complaints.
And one dayβ¦
She was asked to resign quietly.
No proper investigation.
No support.
Just politics.
Sometimes, the most dangerous thing in a workplace is not incompetenceβ¦
Itβs insecurity.
Years of dedication ended because of office politics, not performance.
When she spoke to us, she said something that stayed with meβ¦
"Sir, mujhe job chhodne ka dukh nahi hai⦠par lagta hai meri respect chhin gayi."
And that sentence explains the real pain teachers feel.
For teachers, a job is not just a salary.
It is their identity.
Their passion.
Their purpose.
But here is the truth π
Great teachers donβt disappear.
They simply find better classrooms.
At Facultyzone Talent Acquisition (FZTA), we believe recruitment should be based on :-
β Merit
β Integrity
β Respect for educators
Not internal politics.
Because every teacher deserves fair opportunities and dignity.
And sometimes, all a good teacher needs is one right chance to shine again. β¨
If you are a talented teacher facing something similar, remember this β
your story is not over yet.
π¬ Be honest β have you ever seen a talented teacher suffer because of office politics?
