Opening For Sr.HR Executive at Bhosari Pune
Experience : 3 to 6 Years

HR ROLE
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Providing executive-level HR and administrative support to the company
• Compilation of various reports/data, in & out correspondence, travel/facility management, vendor management, etc.
• Should have good knowledge on Prepare Incentives plans and other Official Letter, Policies formulation, Employee Engagement and Compensation creation etc.
• Writing job description, Recruiting, conducting interviews, Attendance Management Maintaining Salary Slips, Exit Entry formalities, F&F settlement of employees, Creating Policies, Background Verification, Preparing Documents.
• Prepare or maintain employment records related to new joiners such as hiring, termination, transfers, separation using human resources management system software
• Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
• Handling CSR activity
• Undertaking employee engagement activities and policy driven process for various celebrations of employees and giving award to the best employees for their performances.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts. Maintain calendars of HR management team.
• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
• Handling administration of all contract labor.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Take charge and direct in case of any abnormality/ accident/incident and ensure necessary statutory compliance.
• Office Administration works.
Additional Skills
1. Efficient use of computers more specific to MS Office
2. Experience of using Job Portals.
3. Good Communication Skills
4. Good knowledge of labour legislation and compliance of the same
4. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
5. A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.
