JOB DESCRIPTION:
We select our new joiners as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 2 - 3 months (ON JOB TRAINING) as per the following Global Training Module
Business associate (Learn the essentials of Marketing, advertising, customer engagement & Sales efficiency)
Leadership (Become a skilled leader & advance to leadership roles to maximize business performance)
Crew Leader (Basics of Human Resource Management, training & developing individuals, expanding crew)
Assistant Owner (Managing, Coaching , Monitoring & Motivating a team to maximize business performance )
Business Owner Partner (Basics of Business Administration finances & Operations)
Business Head (Strategize, Plan & Manage Resources & Clients, Run a marketing unit using your business decisions for its growth & profitability)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1. Age criteria: Between 20 to 30 years.
2. Minimum qualification of the candidate must be GRADUATE or DIPLOMA.
3. Candidates who can join IMMEDIATELY only apply.
4. Candidate MUST be formally dressed professionally.
SALARY- 20-45 K PER MONTH

WE CONDUCT CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS AND ALSO 3 MONTHS INTERNSHIP.
LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATE Sales & Marketing- Multiple sales, marketing essential like smart selling, business communication, confidence enhancement, customer service, public speaking and client representative.
LEVEL 2 CERTIFICATE HRM/HRD/Leadership- Marketing sales, marketing, and business management essentials like training and development, sales analysis, new customer acquisition, self-assessment, recruitment and brand awareness
LEVEL 3 CERTIFICATE Crew Building & Admin- team management, performance
