We have Urgent Opening Project Engineer – Controls Design for Automation Company in PCMC & Chakan.
Experience – 2 to 4 Years
Qualification – DME or BE Mech
CTC - Rs.2.0 LPA to Rs.3.5 LPA
Job Location – PCMC, Talawade, Chakan.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Understanding project requirement /scope as per customer given documents.
2. Work independently.
3. Good hands on experience in Eplan Electric P8, AutoCAD and design independently.
4. Awareness of design standards for IEC / CE / UL /CSA / NFPA
5. Making detailed BOM.
6. Selection of Switchgears, Induction motor, Servo motor, Stepper Motor, Enclosures, Field equipment, sensors, actuators, PLC hardware, panel sizing, bus bar / cable sizing.
7. Awareness of industry safety standards & safety components.
8. To be able to study and suggest interfacing diagrams / drawings for 3rd party machines / equipment.
9. Interacting with mechanical design team for manufacturing activities / component selection.
10. Involvement with assembly & project team.
11. Preparation of project related documents for handover manuals.
12. Coordination with suppliers to select the standard bought-out items and follow-up for delivery.
13. Coordination with manufacturing team for the assembly implementation. .
14. Planning, estimation, design review and scheduling for the completion of the machine.
15. Awareness of ISO documentation.
16. Problem solving abilities and solution provider; considering most cost effective and low lead-time methods.
Software Proficiency:
1. Eplan Electric P8:
a. New Project Creation & Project Structure Creation as per Customer Requirement.
b. Report Creation -Terminals List, Cable List, Part List, Symbol Overview, PLC I/O List.
c. Title page/ Table of content creation.
d. Plot frame creation.
e. All Form creation.
f. Database creation / Part
g. Multiline / Single Line schematic preparation.
h. Project management – Backup / Restore, awareness of exporting specific data from project.
2. Microsoft Office:
a. Effective use of Excel for project follow up / Gantt charts and presentations.
b. Knowledge of power point and Word for report presentation.
3. Awareness of ERP system.
