EDUCATION ITI (PPO)

EXPERIENCE Minimum 1 year in Plastics industry/Fresher
AGE Between - 21 to 26 Year
REPORTING TO Executive (Production)
SKILLS Good in Communication , Computer Operation, Self driven.

Job Profile
Initiator for 5S & Kaizen
Awareness of use of PPE, Safety during processing.
Maintain proper co-ordination with concern dept.

Details of Daily work Taking charge from previous shift person about Production activities relating to Grade/colour.
Cleaning of all machine/equipments.
Check no. of batches weighed & its weight as per compounding memo.
Processing of material as per Process Control Plan.
Packing of FG material as per compounding memo.
Do proper bag weight & Stitching of Packing bags in a shift.
Fill Production report properly.
If any abnormalities observed during processing then reporting to Shift Officer.
Ensure proper identification to FG material, WIP material.
Handle casual labour.
Minimize start up scrap as well as record exact quantity of scrap in Production report.
Responsible for Shift production, scrap generation & WIP consumption.
Maintain housekeeping on shopfloor area
