QUALITY JOB INSPECTOR

FOR TOOL ROOM TYPE MACHINE SHOP ONLY
AUTOMOBILE AND MASS PRODUCTION SECTOR NOT ALLOWED TO THIS POST

Quality Inspector Having Experience of 5 to 7 Years in Tool Room Type Machine Shop.
Must handle all type of measuring instruments.
Review requirements, specification and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback and corrections.
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured dimension Inspection of precision toolroom type components, assemblies, test plans and test cases.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements.
Investigate the causes of non- conformity.
Track quality assurance metrics.
Must have knowledge of ISO and QMS System and conversant to maintain all quality process systems, formats and procedures.
