TELECALLER/ COLLECTION EXECUTIVE/ DRA EXECUTIVE
Industry: BPO/ Call Centre
Age criteria: 18 to 30yrs
Employment: Full time
Qualification: Min HSC/Graduate any stream
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Calling the customers to remind their due date of the instalment
• Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment
• Explain the consequences to customer of not paying on time
• To take Customer regress follow-up to recover dues
• Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues
• Update account status and database regularly
• To achieve targets that have been assigned

Desired candidate profile
• Fresher& Experienced both are eligible, Candidates with experience in collections or mortgage services will have an advantage (DRA preferred)
• Unlimited Incentive Plan with transparent KRA's
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Possess initiative and ability to work under pressure
• Candidates with fluency in English & Regional language (Tamil,Telugu & Kannada)
• Basic MS-Excel knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Managing day to day planning, operational challenges and solving problems of agents.
• Plan and manage the group's performance.
• Should have knowledge about Client and Data management.
• Conduct meetings regularly to ensure open communication and devise an action plan to address issues/ concerns raised by the team.
• Maintain good relation with the team and ensure people bonding.
• Handle customer escalations.
• Able to highlight issues in process to supervisors for closure of the same like Systems down time, connectivity of data and other support failure.
• Ensure daily briefings on product processes to keep team abreast on new updates and product/process knowledge.
• Ensure adherence to committed quality, accuracy turnaround of the processes.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Should have handled minimum 15 to 20 agents as team lead.
• Should handle the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals
• Should be from collection background, handling financial products (Insurance, PL, other loans etc.)
• Should have Experience: Minimum 1 -2 Years in Domestic or international Call Centre
• Must have MS-Excel.
