🔥Business Development Manager
Location - Bangalore
Experience - 3-9 years
➡️Roles & Responsibilities:
Transactions & Leasing:
• Identify, build, and cultivate relationships with local, regional, national, and international landlords and tenants.
• Identify, build, and cultivate relationships with local, regional, national, and international landlords and tenants.
• Maintain regular contact with Tenant Representatives to identify new opportunities, understand leasing requirements, and monitor upcoming concepts for lease-up potential.
• Maintain regular contact with Landlords and their Representatives to track leasing activities, trends, and available opportunities.
• Act as landlord/seller agent and negotiate business terms and conditions for commercial office space.
Business Development & Sales
• Generate profitable new revenue and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Build and expand new markets across segments; generate back-to-
back deals and demand-led opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals with formal quotes and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and pipelines.
• Interact with landlords, builders, brokers, and investors to create deal opportunities.
• Develop and maintain top-level relationships with designated accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth.
• Align goals for the team and ensure sustained revenue growth.
Mandatory Skills:
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration
Strong 3-7 years of B2B, B2C sales experience.
Handled large tickets, need B2B experience - interacting with leadership team of clients, travel across bangalore, must be strong with sales numbers.
