Job Description
Position/Job Title Associate – Site Locator
Department / Function Sales
Reporting To (Title) Branch Head
Identify Potential Locations Focus on projects, sites, villas, and high construction areas in cities for Plywood.
HDWR, Flooring, and Prelam products.
Competencies/Attributes Understanding of commercial acumen.
Good communication skills.
Influential Personality skills.
Knowledge of Local Language.
Salary – Maximum Net in hand to be offers 22000 + 4000 (Conveyance). – Max CTC – 30000. Annual LPA Max – 3.6 LPA
Minimum qualification is - 12th
Principle Accountability
Data Collection Gather information on site availability, construction size, and key stakeholders (builders, contractors, real estate agents, developers).
Site Visits Conduct daily visits to new and ongoing sites to assess potential opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales Team Share insights and site progress with the sales team and seniors to gather feedback on potential business.
Reporting Compile daily reports on site visits, meetings, and feedback; prepare follow-up tasks for future evaluations.
Stakeholder Engagement Build relationships with contractors, builders, carpenters, and interior designers to uncover new site opportunities and expand the database.
Product Presentation Present the benefits and features of plywood, HDWR, Prelam, and flooring products, ensuring the availability of all necessary samples and brochures.
Follow-Up Follow up with leads to secure orders and maintain strong customer relationships.
Sub-Dealer Visits Regular visits to sub-dealers for stock movement updates and to identify new requirements.
