Requirement :- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the retail industry.
Proven track record of successful campaign development and ex*****on.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with retail CRM and loyalty programs.
Proficiency in tools.

Creative mindset with an eye for visual merchandising and branding.

2. Senior Merchandiser – Kids Apparel.
Requirement:- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Retail Management, or related field.
Minimum 6–8 years of merchandising experience in the apparel sector, with at least 3 years in kidswear.
Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial metrics (sell-through, margins, OTB, etc.).
Proficiency in retail tools and software.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for children’s fashion, emerging trends, and consumer behavior.
