Position: Front Office Duty Manager

Role Overview:
Lead Front Office operations on duty shift. Ensure seamless guest experience, team supervision, and maintain brand service standards 24/7.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Reception, GRE, Concierge, and Bell Desk teams
Manage guest check-in, check-out, room allocation, and upselling
Handle guest complaints, special requests, and VIP arrivals
Ensure billing accuracy, cashiering, and night audit coordination
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering departments
Maintain SOPs, grooming standards, and service quality
Prepare shift reports and manage handover logbook

Requirements:
2 to 5 years experience in Front Office at 4star/5star hotel/resort
Knowledge of Opera PMS or IDS PMS preferred
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Graduate in Hotel Management preferred
