Hiring AM - Client Servicing ( Events, Exhibitions, MICE, Creative, Video Productions, Integrated Programmes
Exp: 6+ years (4+ years in Managing/ Handling events)
Job Description:
1. This position will include Client servicing and Strategic Business Development across Marketing Services like Events, Exhibitions, MICE, Creative, Video Productions, Integrated Programmes.
2. In addition, a successful candidate should have experience negotiating with internal and external groups, ability to propose new and creative ideas, highly effective communication skills, and ability to build constructive and effective relationships.
3. Candidate must apply sound judgement in strategy meetings with management when dealing with Concept ideas, new initiatives and budget discussions.
4. Should be able to work on ideas and presentations basis client brief and must be a creative/ out of the box thinker.
5. Managing the ex*****on of the events Interacting with the client on a regular basis & understanding their requirements.
6. Attention to detail, deadline focus and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
7. Should be able to work on Business Projections and meet/ exceed the targets set.
8. Responsible for Pre event, on site & post event requirements.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication Skills.
10. Expert in budgeting, analytical and financial analysis.
11. Prior experience & ability to work with a cross-functional teams.
