We are looking for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in hydraulic workshop operations, field services, industrial maintenance, and project ex*****on within Oil & Gas, Marine, Construction, Power, Manufacturing, or Heavy Industrial sectors.
# # Key Responsibilities
✔️ Lead hydraulic workshop and field service operations across Qatar
✔️ Manage repair, overhaul, testing, and commissioning of hydraulic systems
✔️ Oversee hydraulic projects from planning to successful completion
✔️ Drive operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and profitability
✔️ Manage teams of service engineers, supervisors, and technicians
✔️ Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 standards
✔️ Handle inventory, procurement, spare parts, and asset management
✔️ Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service excellence
✔️ Monitor budgets, project costs, KPIs, and operational performance

✔️ GCC/Qatar experience highly preferred
